This apartment is located adjacent to woodland and has breath-taking views over the Malvern Hills, making it the perfect place to escape to the countryside. Furnished to the highest of standards with a modern kitchen and bathroom. You will be greeted by a small hallway with a staircase up to the first floor. Here you will find a spacious and modern fitted kitchen which hosts a fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. It is also fully equipped with everything you should need for your stay. You will also find a dining area, reading area and also a cosy living area - perfect for those relaxing evenings. If you fancy some al-fresco dining, you can enjoy the private garden as it hosts outdoor dining furniture for you and your guests to enjoy a drink or two. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms both accommodating a king size bed. There is also a main bathroom which has a separate shower and bath so you can relax and unwind whilst taking in the views. Wi-Fi is complimentary and available to use throughout your stay. Guest access ***TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY YOU WILL NEED TO CROSS A ROAD AS THERE IS NO PATH DIRECTLY OUTSIDE. ONCE ACROSS THE ROAD YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE YOUR WAY UP A FEW STEPS*** The property has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival. PLEASE NOTE: There is not a lift available. Access between floors is via stairs only. PLEASE NOTE: This apartment does not have any allocated parking. Wells Road (where the apartment is located) has ample free on-road street parking. Other things to note The kitchen comes fully equipped with necessary kitchen appliances that you should need for your stay. You will also find complimentary tea, coffee and sugar for you to enjoy. Please note I do not supply salt & pepper or any other kitchen cooking oils. The apartment comes with Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV which enables you to watch Netflix and other online services. You will also find a blu ray player so please bring along your favourite films. I will supply all linen for both king beds along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath mat. Toilet roll is also provided in the bathroom. In the kitchen you will find a tea towel and oven glove provided. I provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer then 7 nights.
