This property has everything you need for a perfect getaway to Dorset. White Nothe boasts a modern, open-plan kitchen with impressive island and large dining table for all the family. The living area offers a comfortable space to unwind beside the fire. The ground floor further benefits from porch, utility and shower room, perfect areas to store your walking boots and clean muddy paws. Upstairs lies a hidden jewel, a purpose built games room offering; pool table, TV with access to all major on-demand services and a wealth of games and toys to keep the whole family entertained. A large balcony extends from the games room showcasing the impressive lakeside views. On the first floor is a king bedroom with ensuite, a kids’ bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds, plus a small pull-out truckle bed. We recommend that only children use the top bunks and truckle. A family bathroom with shower over bath completes the first floor. Wake up to amazing lakeside views from the top floor master suite, the spacious room also offers desk area and ensuite. Completing the accommodation is a small but wonderfully light double bedroom, further twin bedroom with juliette balcony and shower room. The exterior of the property has parking for several cars and a large rear decking area with private lake access.  House & Estate Rules:    Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.  Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate All our properties are non-smoking. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate. A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this. If you have booked via Airbnb, you do not need to pay the security deposit directly to Habitat Escapes as any damages to the property are raised through Airbnb's reimbursement portal. Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
