The space The building is in energy class A+ and all the energy comes from solar panels and other sustainable sources. In total there are 4 apartments, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. This apartment is on the first floor and enjoys a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. It is brand new and spacious, 45 square meters, equipped with modern furnishings and all amenities such as air conditioning in all rooms and fast WiFi connection. It consists of a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 adults, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, a bathroom with a shower, and a large double bedroom. In the parking lot on the property, you can recharge electric cars for a fee. You have full access to all the facilities and parts of the property such as an outdoor dining area, a children's play area and our small shop where you can buy the organic food, fruit and vegetables we collect every day. We provide our typical meals for breakfast, upon request and not included in the cost of the reservation. With the exception of coffee and tea, all the products we provide for breakfast come from our land and are processed on our farm. La Mula D'oro is located in the heart of Romagna, in a wonderful and lush hilly countryside, next to the most beautiful attractions in the area such as Rimini, Riccione, San Marino, Santarcangelo, Verucchio, San Leo, Misano World Circuit, Cesenatico, Ravenna, Faenza, Forlì, Bagno di Romagna, Montescudo, Saludecio, Urbino, Pesaro, Bologna..... It is a very quiet area, the ideal place to relax, enjoy rural life and discover our charming region. To reach the property and get around, the use of a motor vehicle, including an electric bicycle, is strongly recommended. Guest access You have fully access to all resort structures and parts like an outdoor dining area, a kids playground as well as our small shop where you can buy the bio fruit and bio vegetables we collect every day. This is a running farm and we aim to share how we run it, arranging excursions to discover our marvelous land, letting you take part in the everyday vegetables and fruit collection as well as in all farm activities. You can follow our calendar to schedule your prefer activities.
