Located a few km from the most beautiful places in Tuscany such as Pienza, the medieval village of Monticchiello, the thermal site of Bagno Vignoni and the homeland of Montepulciano wine. The space On the ground floor there is a large kitchen equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven and top quality hob as well as an authentic and restored stove. A spacious wooden table surrounded by benches and chairs. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with closet, a double bedroom with access to the garden and a complete bathroom. Also on the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with a stone fireplace and windows overlooking Pienza. From the hall, a Tuscan terracotta staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find two other bedrooms, one of which is a master double which enjoys a splendid view of the Pienza hill and one with two single beds both with their own complete bathroom as well as another comfortable living room with fireplace. The house is fully equipped for six people for both the kitchen and bedrooms and bathrooms. It is airy and bright at any time of the day Outside you will find a small courtyard with a strawberry pergola with an iron table, a covered loggia equipped with a wooden table where you can eat while enjoying the view and sunset over Pienza and a garden of lavender, roses, rosemary and fruit trees Guest access The house is accessible about 300 meters from the provincial road. Guests have the use of the whole house and the parking at the entrance of the property. The house is a 10-minute walk from the medieval village of Monticchiello where you can find basic services (grocery store, bakery, restaurants, bars). Other things to note The stay includes bed linen and towels (one change per person per week, Wi-Fi, TV, final cleaning. Not included: City tax € 2.00 per person per day for the first 7 days from 12 years of age. Utilities: In the winter period and in any case where heating is needed, a surcharge will be applied 30,00 Euro per day as a contribution for Gas (hot water, cooking, heating).
