We are "BOI" (Born on the Island) and love showcasing the best things Galveston has to offer. We are less than 4 houses away from the best BBQ on the Island, and a quick walk to the Beach & best restaurants and nightlife. The backyard and garage (with access to the washer and dryer) are shared. Other things to note Regarding your pets, we are also dog-owners and dog-lovers, and understand how nice it is to have your four-legged family members welcome, too. We appreciate the La Quinta policy- all breeds, all sizes, no charges. We have tried to adopt the same policy, and ask that you help us maintain it by: (1) ensure your pets are flea-free, (2) make sure pets are up-to-date on vaccines, (3) keep the property in good shape, trying to keep the effects of shed to a minimum (i.e. no shedding pets on the sofa/bed if possible), (4) clean up poo, (5) respect other guests that may be staying in the garage apartment, and (6) do not leave dogs that cannot be left alone, do not bring dogs that must be crated unless you bring a crate or dogs that have aggression issues unless you will be with them at all times when others are present. THAT SAID, IF YOU WANT TO BRING YOUR PET(S) WITH YOU, YOU MUST TELL US WHEN YOU BOOK. We need to let our cleaning service know. If you do not, EXTRA FEES WILL APPLY. Guest access Tap the digital display and enter 00 and the last 4 digits of your phone number followed by the character that looks like a finger print at the bottom center of the screen. You may see the same number in multiple circles, it does not matter which circle you use, as long as you hit the numbers in sequence. If you enter it incorrectly 3 times, the screen will lock you out for five minutes. You can call me at that point and I can unlock it remotely and talk you through it.
