All rooms include blackout curtains, clean linens, extra pillows and blankets. The primary bedroom (3rd floor) features a queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, two dressers, a clothes hanging rack and a private full bathroom located just down the hall. On the second floor, the blue and white bedroom also has a queen bed, plus an adjustable sit/stand desk, perfect for remote work. The third bedroom includes a day bed with trundle (two twin mattresses) that can be arranged separately or side by side as a larger bed. It also houses a fold-out single foam mattress and a double-high queen air mattress with an auto-inflate pump, ideal for additional guests if needed (please let us know in advance so linens can be prepared). Additionally, this room includes its own dedicated workstation. ✨ Bathrooms ✨ Two full-sized bathrooms, each stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Both bathrooms feature a shower and tub combo with high-pressure shower heads, along with fresh bath, hand, and face towels. Other things to note We have 2 security cameras outside the home - one on the front door doorbell, and one above the back patio door. Both cameras are motion-detected recording for security purposes. We have a high-noise detection device in the living room intended to prevent house parties and general disturbance for our neighbours and downstairs tenant. It does NOT record audio. Staying longer than 28 days? Please note that we require monthly cleanings by our team to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our home for guests. Cleanings are $160/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.
