This block is one of the safer feeling blocks. *Please be aware, transient people live dynamically throughout some local spots around, like many areas of Sacramento. Use common sense. - Overall, Oak Park area is transitioning upwards from rougher decades ago. - Travel/renter insurance is recommended to protect Guest(s)' personal property. - Damage Waiver may be required to manage risk of property damage caused by Guest(s). Guest(s) may waive responsibility for property damages up to $2,500 for $69/monthly OR up to $3,000 for $79/monthly. Damage Waiver due monthly with payment for accommodations. *NOTE—For Guests with limited trip history or traveler profile info: - Refundable security deposit ($1,200) from Guest may be required upon signing rental agreement. Deposit is retained for cost of damages to the property and furnishings. Deposit balance will be refunded back to Guest within five (5) business days of check out. - Background & credit check (TransUnion security info systems) may be required for Guests prior to completing registration. This "soft pull" only does not influence your credit score. Third party, KeyCheck, collects $45 per Guest to run each background check. - Cost of background check fees may be credited back to Guests upon check in. - Traveling clinicians & professionals —Your contract/verified local employment information may be accepted in lieu of background & credit check.
