Step outside into the spacious backyard where you’ll find a large gravel patio and pergola surrounded by lush palm trees. Utilize our Weber BBQ grill and gather around our large rustic farm table. In the evening, enjoy the raised deck equipped with a modern fire pit area so you can enjoy the stars. Our home is centrally located and only a 10 minute drive to the Arts District and Downtown LA where you’ll find a range of eclectic restaurants, bars, and sights. Book your stay with us today! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note There are several important things to note before booking: NO PARTIES are allowed on the property. Please respect our neighbors and keep your noise at a reasonable level. If there is a party discovered you will be a subject to a $5,000 fine. NO SMOKING. We have a strict NO smoking/vaping allowed inside the property. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 penalty. STREET PARKING ONLY. There is ample parking in the neighborhood but please read the signs. There is street cleaning Thursdays and Fridays between 8am to 12pm. We do not advise leaving any valuable items in your car. We are not responsible for any parking violations or stolen items. ACCESSIBILITY: While the house layout is one level, there are 2 sets of stairs leading up to the front door, totaling to 13 steps. Part of the backyard is raised several steps. MAXIMUM GUESTS: We allow a maximum of 7 guests on the property at any given time. Failure to follow this rule will result in a penalty fine.
