This home is located several hundred feet from the National Forest so you may delight in seeing trout and other mountain critters in their natural habitat. It is located 12 miles from Gatlinburg right off of scenic Hwy 321. Climb Works and Bent Creek Golf Course are both less than 5 miles away. The property is minutes from Gatlinburg’s shops and restaurants yet secluded enough to enjoy the peaceful scenery on the creek. There is fishing, horseback riding, river tubing, golfing, hiking and zip lining all within a few miles. It’s also just a short drive from the Glades Arts and Crafts community. A day trip to Dollywood and the many other activities in Pigeon Forge are less than 40 minutes away. Also feel free to just hop in your car and take a leisurely cruise along the scenic Foothills Parkway, grab an Apple Pie at Carver's Orchard and a plate of homestyle cooking from Doc's 321 Cafe or Trish's Mountain Diner. The cabin is located in a small community shared with a few other similar cabins. There is also a white house on the other side of the creek. The neighborhood remains quiet and peaceful, and the area mostly attracts individuals seeking peace and serenity. The internet works well most of the time, but in this mountain community Wi-Fi at times can be unreliable and is impacted by weather and trees falling. Occasionally, interruptions in service requiring the provider to send a technician will occur. Technician appointments will not always be available during the trip and are scheduled at the earliest possibility.
