Hi… welcome to SeaView Home! A newly built condo suite with sea view, overlooking Gaya Island & located at the heart of Kota Kinabalu city. Your family will be close to everything when you stay here. It is a mere few minutes walk to Central Market, Filipino Market, KK Plaza, Durian Street and Water Front Bar Street. Our unit is compact yet fully furnished to accommodate 4+1 persons with all the amenities for a comfort home-like stay. Free airport pick-up for guests staying 2 nights & above. TQ The space Our homestay is a converted studio unit into a 2 bedrooms home to provide more privacy to our guests, with a compact living room concept. Both bedrooms were equipped with queen size bed, air conditioner, side table and built in cabinet. The compact living room is furnished with a sofa bed, side table, smart TV with Netflix and a wall fan. There is a small balcony facing the sea and fitted with a retractable hanger at 1 end of the balcony for guests to air dry their laundry and a coffee table with a set of chair for our guests to enjoy the view of the sea and the surrounding islands. The kitchen is located next to the unit’s entrance and fitted with built in cabinets and dining table, refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, bread toaster, water kettle, cooking and eating utensils and a washing machine. Guest access You will have access to the whole unit by yourself. There will be no sharing with others inside the unit. You can access the swimming pool at level 6 and the operation time is from 7.00am to 10.00pm. Lift access card is required to be presented to the security guard on duty to enter the pool area. Please note that the swimming pool will be closed for maintenance every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12.00pm to 3.00pm Other things to note Wifi is available and username and password will be provided during check in. Please avoid from staining the bedsheets, duvets, pillows or towels and any stain will be charged RM5 per item for manual cleaning. If the stain unable to be cleaned, the total cost of the item will be charged. Do not leave foods, left over foods, foods scraps or fruits in the unit’s as this will attracts ants into the unit’s. Kindly store it in the refrigerator and dispose any leftover at the rubbish bin at the refuse room near the lift lobby. Onsite parking is available and the charges is RM3 for 1st 3 hours follow by RM1 for each additional hour. No limit on number of vehicles, it is a commercial building. Luggage drop off prior to check in or drop off after check out are available off site but facilities are provided by 3rd party operator and will incurred charges for the service rendered Car rental service is available and for international guests, you will need an international driving license to be eligible to rent and drive. For ease and comfort of your holiday, we do provide private charter tour package at reasonable price to all major attractions in Sabah such as Klias, Bongawan & Kawa Kawa River Cruise to watch Proboscis Monkey, Sunset and Firefly in the wild, to Mount Kinabalu to enjoy the majestic view, the fresh and cold air of SEA highest mountain with detour to Poring Hot Spring for tree top Canopy Walk and/or to immerse in sulphuric hot spring water to cleanse the body, to Desa Cattle Farm to watch the daily cow milking, to savour the fresh milk, cheese, yogurt, ice-cream and to play with the cute little cows and goats in the pen, to River Fish Spa to play with the tamed fishes. If time permitted, you may want to try the adrenaline rushing and jaw dropping Tandem Paragliding and All Terrain Vehicle adventure. All are available at Mount Kinabalu/ Kundasang/ Ranau, a 2-3 hours drive from Kota Kinabalu. If you love art and culture, the Cultural village is a place not to be missed. Set in a jungle environment, it is only 45 minutes drive from KK and here, you will be presented with the 5 major native tribes of Sabah, their traditional house, their ways of life, their culture and practices, with live performance & participation in their traditional dances at the end of the tour. For beach and water sports lover, don't miss our packaged tours to Mantanani Island, Mengalum Island or Tunku Abdul Rahman Park islands which is only 20 minutes boat ride from Kota Kinabalu city. Beside exploring its beautiful beach and swimming in its pristine water, you will find yourself busy engaging in varieties of water sports on offer such as scuba diving, sea walking, scuba doo, paragliding, jet ski, flying fish, banana boat, fly boarding and snorkeling. Or if you love river sports, you might want to try your skills on white water rafting at Kiulu (level 1&2) or Padas (level 3&4).
