Cottage is located on Molasses Pond which is 3 miles long. Waterfront living at its finest with a large wrap around deck to enjoy the loons, ducks and eagles etc. Wharf is attached to the deck for excellent swimming, fishing and boating, large enough to accommodate watercraft . There is a fire pit for evening enjoyment . Boating enthusiast will like our proximity to public boat ramp. ATV access trails nearby. This camp is not too intimidating for 2 people but will accommodate 8 . Heated and cooled by a heat pump system plus a wall mounted gas heater in the kitchen . Artisian well, and shed to store bikes etc. Beach towels not provided. Small local store with lunch counter only 10 miles away. Seafood and fresh vegetables available locally.
