The space The 35 mq apartment is located on the ground floor of a condominium building (there are 5 steps to access it) and is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction hobs, fridge, freezer, moka and microwave oven; - Living area with dining table, double sofa bed and 45" smart TV - Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe - Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box - Balcony. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating and air conditioning through vents throughout the apartment, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with optional changes for a fee). N.B.: the hall is shared with the neighboring apartment Milù, however the interior spaces are totally private.
