Relax and unwind in our cozy accommodation where you will find privacy, tranquility and comfort in an experience that will make you feel at home. Whether you're traveling as a couple, family, or friends, you can cool off in everyone's favorite spot, our small pool; an oasis for the warm days of Merida. The space Yute House is located in a quiet and safe area north of the city, 30 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from Progreso beach, the perfect location if you are looking to stay in a midpoint. In the last section of this description, you can find more specific distances and times for the different points. Our accommodation has two cozy rooms, each equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort any time of year. -Bedroom 1: Queen size bed ideal for 2 people. -Bedroom 2: Double bed and single bed, ideal for 2 and 3 people. The dining room is the ideal place to share special moments with loved ones, while the equipped kitchen allows you to heat or prepare delicious homemade meals and keep your drinks fresh. We also have a work area if you need to use your laptop during your stay. -Smart TV so you can connect your favorite streaming session. The house's favorite spot is the cozy terrace where you'll find a comfortable hammock, a small swimming pool, and a charming garden. Enjoy the outdoors and moments of peace, meditate, read, have pleasant conversations, and make beautiful memories during your days here. We know that security is important, so we have an outdoor camera installed facing the front door, service corridor, and parking area. The weather is warm and tropical, so remember to bring mosquito repellent on your trip, especially if you're traveling with children. We like to maintain a healthy coexistence with the neighboring community so our accommodation has some rules, don't forget to read them before booking. We'll be happy to welcome you :) Guest access Yute house is on one floor, there are no stairs to climb so it is very comfortable. If you arrive by car, you will have a parking space in front of the house, and if you want to park on the street in front of the house, it is also safe to do so and with good space. If you decide to use public transportation, you will find the nearest public transportation stop "Vayven" on the back street. For this I recommend you purchase the transportation card in advance at an OXXO store since you can only get on with that card. There is an app you can download to track the arrival of each bus on any route in the city. Uber service is also available in the area.
