The house comes with a pool table, foosball, kayaks, bikes , grill, and a heated pool. The pool heating ($25 per night additional) is typically available from mid-October to mid-April, though colder days may affect the temperature. With delightful amenities and a prime location, this vacation home promises a memorable stay for the whole family. -Pets are not allowed at this property - The home will sleep up to 13, but we do not permit anymore then 11 adults. -Guest must be 25+ to book -Guests will have full access to the home - 4 bed, 4 bath -Keyless entry -7 min drive to Roger’s Park which is a man made beach along the crystal clear waters of the Weeki Wachee River -12 min drive Sun West park with a huge inflatable obstacle course - 12 min drive to Pine Island open to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico Bedrooms -Master Bedroom: king, bathroom -Second Bedroom: 2 queens -Third Bedroom: king -Fourth Bedroom: queen with twin Bathrooms -Master Bathroom: standing shower -Second Bathroom: combination shower tub -Third Bathroom: standing shower - Full bathroom with stand up shower Need to Know -Pets are strictly NOT allowed- Service animals should be mentioned upon booking -Property is monitored by a camera at the entrance and another on the northeast corner looking to the backyard. -After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. We will ask you for your email address after reserving Essentials: -Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use. -Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay. -Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware. Note: Pool heaters ($25 per night additional) run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.
