Enjoy your very own private balcony with roof-top panoramic views across Ross on Wye and the beautiful Wye Valley. Located just a few moments walk from the town centre, you will have easy access to bars, shops, restaurants and the stunning river and countryside. The beautiful balcony views make the third floor climb up ( no lift!) worth it! Convenient parking is a few minutes away at 2 public car parks, one of which is free on Sundays . The space The flat offers a large lounge with a snuggle seat and large 2 seater sofa, and a dedicated dining area with table and chairs. The balcony runs the full length of the lounge and you can sit out here and admire the views, or admire it from the full length glass windows inside. There is a separate kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher provided The bathroom was completely refurbished in 2023 and provides a large electric shower. All rooms can be heated by electric radiators if needed and hot water is available as soon as you arrive and turn the switch on in the kitchen. Guest access Guests have sole use of the flat and its balcony. Guests have shared access to the courtyard garden to the front of the property. This is a designated smoking area. Smoking and vaping is not permitted on the balcony. Other things to note I provide complementary essentials such as tea, instant coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and cooking oil. Cleaning products are provided as well as toilet paper. All linen and towels are provided.
