It contains a large double bed and a large built-in wardrobe with two mirrors and a wardrobe. Guest access This is an entire and private home. Only the terrace space is common (on the 3rd floor). Wonderfully lush, located on the 3rd floor of the house, accessible by a common staircase. Excellent place for relaxation, meditation and/or friendly sharing. This accommodation is perfectly distinguished by its proximity to the beach of km 15 with its golden-white sand (4 min). Located just next to the luxurious Fairmont 5 ☆ Palace Hotel. Shops and restaurants are three minutes away. The place is easy to access by public transport. Guests can easily do without their vehicles given the proximity of beaches and small shops. The environment is conducive to sports, jogging, walking. A sports circuit equipped with training supports spread over a four-kilometer course towards Taghazout or to the "Devil's Rock" and banana beach (2 km). Other things to note The owners strictly ensure the rest and tranquility of the tenants and the place as clearly stipulated in the internal regulations. Festive evenings and events are not allowed. A harmonious cohabitation must imperatively be based on the sense of responsibility, as well as on mutual respect
