The space FEATURES: • Sleeping Area: The apartment has two bedrooms, the first with a king-size bed and the second with a bunk bed (three single beds). They share a full bathroom, and each bedroom has its own space for storing clothes. • Work Area: The apartment has a high-speed Wi-Fi network. • Climate Control: Air conditioning in each of the spaces (bedrooms, living room, and dining room). • Dining table for 5 people, Smart TV, and living room furniture. • Equipped Kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, 5-burner stovetop, water dispenser, and kitchen utensils. SECURITY AND PRIVACY: Your safety is our priority, therefore: • We have installed a gas leak detector, which will alert you if a leak occurs. • The gated community has an electrified perimeter fence and 24/7 security. • The apartment has a security camera outside the entrance. There are NO cameras inside. Guest access Access to the residential complex is by my authorization; it is important to send me your identification to grant you access (QR code). Upon arrival, you must show the security guard your ID and (QR code).
