Guest access The property is located off the main road, and you'll need to walk up a short, 50-step elevated path to reach your stay. Once there, the entire two 1bhk adjacent to each other, is exclusively yours, offering complete privacy. The suite also has direct access to a shared terrace, where you can enjoy a peaceful retreat and, if you wish, connect with other guests. Just a few steps away, you'll find a charming garden with Himachali-style seating and a fire pit, perfect for unwinding and soaking in the serene surroundings. Grocery shops and local markets are within walking distance, making it easy to pick up essentials during your stay. ________________________________________ PARKING AT THE STAY: Please be aware that the nearest parking area is currently under renovation. However, a public parking facility is available approximately 100 meters from the accommodation. Your host will be happy to assist with parking and ensure a smooth process. During your stay The host will be there at the property throughout your stay and will assist you with any kind of support. We're happy to assist with parking arrangements. • Accessibility: There are 60 steps elevated path leading up to the stay. If walking is a concern, please consider this before booking for your comfort and safety. • High-Speed Wi-Fi: Enjoy 100MBPS internet with power backup and access to OTA apps. • Fresh Linen & Towels: Changed every alternative day for your comfort. • Bathroom Amenities: We provide soap, shampoo, and basic toiletries. ________________________________________ KITCHEN USE: • Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen is equipped with an electric induction, refrigerator, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery. If you need anything extra, just let us know. • Utensil Cleaning: Guests are kindly requested to clean their own dishes. For assistance, a tip of INR 50 per cleaning to the maid is appreciated. ________________________________________ FOOD ORDERS: • Food Menu: We offer vegetarian breakfast and dinner. Please place your order in advance. • Dining Area: Meals are delivered to your room in casseroles. Please enjoy alcohol only in your room or if there is no other guest in balcony. Events and alcohol are not allowed on the balcony. • Noise Levels: To respect the surrounding residential area, please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM. • No Smoking Inside: Smoking indoors is not allowed to protect the flooring. • Furniture: Please avoid moving furniture to prevent damage to the floor. Any damages may result in additional charges. • Timely Check-Out: Check out on time to accommodate other guests.
