It has 3 floors. The maximum capacity is 12 beds. In case of need, cots, high chair for eating, toys can be provided.. In the house, besides the rooms, there is also a living room with TV and centrally in the room is placed a large tiled stove with a fireplace window, a dining room with a wonderful walnut wood table and decorating pebbles in the resin, a large spacious kitchen with complete equipment (like at home) - we also provide coffee ground and instant, tea, some types of spices and so on..., outdoor terrace, 2 balconies, 2nd living room with table football and electronic darts. There is a toilet with wc and sink on each floor. The top bathroom has a large two-seater bathtub, wc and bidet, sink, hair dryer. The lower bathroom has a shower cabin, a toilet, a washing machine with laundry supplies (included in your stay), a sink and a hair dryer. This bathroom also includes a sauna. This is charged at 20 eur / 1 hour- so not the number of people. You need to order it half an hour before you enjoy it, as it will turn on remotely. Almost the entire house is furnished with solid maple wood furniture. The staircase, floors, and kitchen are also made of handmade wood. There are shading blinds or shading curtains on the windows. It is forbidden to smoke in the house. Only allowed on the terrace or outside. There is a garden by the house. In the back of the garden there is a gazebo with a large grill and tools, or there is a cauldron for cooking goulash. There is a wooden swing by the gazebo. There is also a trampoline for children in the garden during the summer months. The water is drinkable from a Tatra spring in the house. The garden has fruit trees and bushes and guests are allowed to eat ripe fruit. Guest access Guests can use the whole house and garden and the gazebo is shared with guests from the back house.
