The space This first floor apartment features a fully updated kitchen, private washer & dryer, a sunlit dining nook, Queen bedroom and a Queen Sized Pullout couch in the living area. This unit can accommodate up to four guests making it the perfect home base for your next trip to Tampa Bay! There were no details spared in the recent renovation of this Historic flat! In the open concept living space you can find a comfortable Queen Sized Pullout Couch and Smart TV ready for you to entertain. The kitchen is complete with new stainless steel appliances, a Brita water filter and a Keurig Coffee station stocked with a complimentary starter supply of coffee! The primary bedroom features a Queen Sized Bed and a private office space in the room next door. Just outside the upgraded bathroom you'll find brand new compact laundry machines stocked with a starter supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets. Enjoy free high speed WiFi and stay in to enjoy all the Adaline has to offer when you stay with us! Guest access Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the door to unit. Guests will also receive a 4 digit access code to the building. Other things to note - PETS: We allow 2 pets per apartment. Our pet fee is $50/pet, charged after the reservation is booked. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. - SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine - Please note that there are long-term tenants that reside on this property, and some do have pets - Pull-Out Bed Sheets + Pillows are located in the built-in shelves next to the laundry machines - Private washer and dryer in unit
