Three’s company - 2 rooms for 3 by the sea

Private entrance & a screened porch lead you to the charming bedrooms upstairs - one a single and the other a queen. (Please note that stairs are original to the house, narrow and somewhat steep.) Full private bathroom is located downstairs. A reading nook in the Lunenburg bump has a small desk, books, board games, coffee & tea and a mini-fridge for your use. You are welcome to enjoy the front porch, gardens, seaside deck chairs. Rose Bay Store & Bistro is a 10 min walk away. The space Sweet upstairs bedrooms - one with a single bed and a dormer window looking out to Rose Bay, and sharing the landing, a second bedroom next door with a queen bed with a view on greenery. Luggage racks and portable fans are available in both rooms. [Please note there is no access to a kitchen or cooking facilities.] Sip your morning coffee as you watch the sun rise over Rose Bay from the edge of the salt marsh, watching herons, plovers and ducks in the bay. In the evening, enjoy a good book on the front porch, taking in the last rays of the sun setting on the pastoral landscape of Rose Bay. Guest access You will have access to your rooms (upstairs) through your own private entrance, the full bathroom (downstairs), the reading nook in the Lunenburg bump with coffee maker, kettle and mini-fridge. [Please note there is no access to a kitchen or cooking facilities.] Feel free to enjoy the front porch, gardens, outdoor shower, as well as oceanside seating down by the bay. During your stay We hope to create a space that feels like 'home away from home' for you while you stay with us and are very happy to meet our guests. Please note that while we aim to give you the privacy you desire, we do live in the home as well, with our greyhound Albert and chihuahua Miette so you will see us out and about. We aim to be relatively quiet, but this is an old house, so you may hear us. Other things to note In the spirit of a kinder, safer, more peaceful and inclusive world, our home is a safe space.
