Private apartment with California king-size bed, full-kitchen, full-bath, wash/dryer. The space Apartment is arranged for those who like to cook when in house. 20’x12’ Yard is fenced in with access gate. Guest access Parking is in front of home. Pavement to the right side of the garage door leads to private apartment entrance which is on the backside of the home; follow the pavement to the entrance door. The lockbox will be attached to the only 4x4 post near the entrance door. Code will be given day of check in.
