In a unique surroundings with a 2-hectare garden, you will find this tastefully renovated 120 m² barn that can accommodate up to 9 people. There's so much to do, bike trails, or walking trails, the Cher for canoeing, Beauval Zoo is 45 minutes away. It's a great place to recharge and enjoy the calm in the middle of nature. The very large terrace under the Oak allows you to enjoy the outdoors while being in the shade. Filter coffee maker. The space The house is ideal for reunions with family or friends. On the ground floor you will find an entrance, a toilet and a fully equipped laundry room. Then a large 40 m² living room with a table that can accommodate 10 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. The sofa can be used as an extra bed. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and its private bathroom, second bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. A third bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds. In the hallway you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a separate toilet. The outdoor terrace will allow you to fully enjoy the sunny days. Guest access Enjoy access to the entire accommodation. Other things to note To ensure your stay goes smoothly, a deposit will be required upon arrival in the form of a credit card deposit. This deposit is not debited from your account: it is simply a temporary authorization used to cover any damage or additional costs during the stay.
