Other things to note ****Parking******************** For short term guests: one free parking is included and it locates inside building’s underground parking garage (height limit is 2.03 m) Additional Parking in the building : Please contact host for availability ON the day of checkin. Rate is $30 per day with unlimited in-and-out access. Public parking: rate is around $30-50 per day in nearby public parking For monthly or longer term: CAD 280 per month. ***House Rules**************** -No Pets allowed -No smoking allowed inside, please smoke on the balcony and leave no remains. -Please remember to keep the voice down so you don’t disturb the neighbors!
