La TERRAZZA is a guesthouse located in Nunziata, a typical and charming small Sicilian town. Our mission is to offer visitors a taste of Sicilian hospitality, paying attention to the environment and our carbon footprint. For this reason, the building has been completely renovated to achieve the highest level of energy efficiency, with solar panels that provide electricity to the entire structure. The newly built apartment consists of three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Guests can take advantage of a large and spacious kitchen, equipped with all the necessary accessories such as pots and dishes. Both the double bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with hot/cold air conditioners, ensuring comfort in every season. The space Relax and unwind on our expansive 100 square meter terrace, offering breathtaking views of the Sicilian sea and Taormina bay. Each room in the guest house has been recently renovated, featuring modern furniture and a flat-screen TV. Guests can enjoy the privacy of a full bathroom equipped with complimentary toiletries in every room. Taormina, Giardini di Naxos, and Isola Bella are accessible in approximately 30 minutes by car, covering a distance of around 25 km. The vibrant center of Catania is a 40-minute drive away, situated 35 km from the property. For those interested in exploring Mount Etna, Rifugio Sapienza can be reached in 45 minutes. Giardini Naxos is a short 25-minute drive, while Acireale is 30 minutes away. The stunning Gole Alcantara is located 35 minutes from the property.
