In the immediate vicinity of the house there are mountain and cycling paths leading to numerous peaks of Učka. A local road passes by the house with extremely little traffic. Guests have access to a swimming pool, sun loungers for sunbathing, parasols, a covered summer terrace with seating, a barbecue and parking for several vehicles. The house also has a large garden with a vineyard and a meadow, which is also at the guests' disposal. Villa HillSea consists of a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
