Bright, cozy and warm, it gives off an immediate feeling of well-being. From the entrance, you will find a nice bathroom with sink. The kitchen is equipped for your daily needs: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge, washing machine, drying rack and ironing equipment. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed 140x200 cm, easy to unfold (just pull the handle between the cushions). Pillows and duvet are ready and stored in the furniture provided for this purpose. A 40" smart TV gives you access to Netflix, Prime Video and other platforms with your own credentials. Blackout curtains ensure peaceful mornings. The apartment is on the third floor without elevator access and is particularly appreciated for its clear view and its luminosity. Parking: Parking in the heart of the city can be challenging and expensive – especially if you stay on-site during the day. We offer a limited number of spaces in a closed parking lot located just 30 m from the accommodation. Simply request it and wait for our confirmation in return. This additional service is available for €5 per night booked. Other things to note Access to the building is located at 41 Rue Rotrou. It's at the very beginning of Place Rotrou, right across from the "Le Balto" café. The door of 41 is next to the Crédit Agricole staff entrance at number 43, and has a digicode on its right.
