The space The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including a dishwasher, coffee pot, kettle, blender, toaster and all plates, utensils and pots and pans. The living room has two large sofas and a dining room table with room for 8. There is an 70" HD smart TV in the living room with 300 cable channels and Netflix, Showtime and HBO. The living room has a balcony facing the sea. WiFi is provided throughout the entire apartment. The master bedroom has 1 King bed, 50" HD smart TV with Netflix, Showtime and HBO, a wardrobe, a desk and chair and a balcony facing the sea. The second bedroom has 1 King bed and 1 single bed. It also has a wardrobe, desk and chair and a balcony facing the mountains. The third bedroom has 3 single beds, a wardrobe, desk and chair and a balcony facing the mountains. Every room has an air conditioner and there is also underfloor heating in the kitchen and both full bathrooms. The apartment has two washing machines, a dryer machine, a dryer rack and plenty of storage. The apartment offers parking in front of the building and it is also walking distance to the beach. The town of Petrovac has 3 grocery stores and a great mix of bars and restaurants along the water. There are 2 beaches within walking distance and many more within a 5-10 minute drive. The water and electricity companies in Montenegro preform maintenance works on their systems, sometimes without advance notice. If we receive advance notice of a scheduled repair work, we will let you know right away. We apologize in advance if there is a shortage of power or water while these companies finish their work, it usually lasts 1 to 2 hours and this is out of our control.
