Set in the beautiful village of Proctorsville (Cavendish, VT), this house is on a private drive and walking distance to several local eateries. Less than 0.25 miles to Procorsville Green with Murdock's Resturante, Crows Bakery and the brand new for 2019- Outer Limits Brewery/Tap Room! Very spacious and charming layout so bring the whole family. The space The whole house is available for use! Guest access All bedrooms, common areas, porches are accessible. We have an ADT security system that we can grant codes to upon request. Other things to note Walking distance to the village of Proctorsville with small shops and restaurants. Air BnB does not have a mechanism for us to include hot tub cleaning fee in the booking, so in teh past we have had to charge this separately. To create a better guest experience, starting 1/1/2026, we are including this in the total cleaning of the home for NEW Bookings. we pay for 50% of the Hot Tub fee. The hot tub maintenance is several thousands of dollars a year, and we just installed a BRAND NEW hot tub to replace the old one. We do this to makes sure the house is maintained for safety and cleanliness for an enjoyable guest stay!
