LasPalmas 3 bed/2 Bath, Pool View

Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo has been remodeled with beautiful tile, designer carpet, three-tone paint, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and more. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking-ware. It's 100% fully furnished with everything we use (TV's in each bedroom with cable, designer furniture package, high speed internet, and more). We have a beautiful balcony with an outdoor patio set (& BBQ) with views of the hills/mountains, green space and waterfall pool! The space The pools are open at Las Palmas, exercise rooms are not. We back onto the waterfall pool & another resort pool and fitness center is just a few steps across the parking lot. We also have access to the Pool Complex with a diving pool, lap pool, splash park, and indoor pool. There is plenty of parking. The condo has everything that you will need (linens, blankets, kitchen items, eating ware, BBQ grill). The items that you will want to bring with you are: food, spices, condiments, personal toiletries, and extra laundry detergent. There is a starter pack of toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels and dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and bar soap. Cable TV and Internet are working well. Extra pool towels are in the cupboard in the living room. Extra bath towels are in the drawers and cupboards in the bathrooms. Please make sure when you leave to place the pool keys back in the bowl. Please leave the condo in the same condition as you found it. Kitchen must be tidied and place dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn it on before you leave. Please leave soiled towels in bathtubs. Be sure to empty and take all garbage and any remaining food out with you when you leave. Garbage bins are at the end in front of building just past the garages. If we are charged an extra fee by the cleaners, we will need to pass that fee on to the guests. Please ensure all windows and sliding doors are shut and locked and front door is locked when you leave. The cleaners are scheduled to come promptly at 11:00 on check-out day. Additional fees are charged if they are unable to get in at 11:00 to clean.
