You have access to the entire townhome. You have your own two-car garage and fenced-in entry area from the West. There is free street parking in front of the complex and on the side if needed too. Heat tends to rise in the townhome so we recommend keeping the thermostat at a lower level. This townhome is located in a complex of 10 other townhomes. With them being newly built, they are well insulated and noise doesn't travel easily but from time to time you may hear someone in another unit if they are being very loud. The neighbor's decks are also very close so if someone is outside on the deck you may hear them slightly through the patio door. Again, it is still very well insulated and very quiet just making sure you're aware this is a new complex.! Other things to note Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
