This cabin features a queen Bed plus two twin bunk beds. Your entry is secured with a Smartlock; a unique code will be sent to you just before check-in. In addition to your private home and deck, you are welcome to enjoy the wonderful shared community amenities: **Community Fire Pit:** Gather for s'mores under the stars with seating overlooking 1,000 acres of conservation land. **Dog Park:** A dedicated, fenced-in space for your furry friends to play. **Outdoor Games:** Challenge friends and family to cornhole, horseshoes, and yard pong in the large grassy common area. **Grilling Area:** Use the shared charcoal grill for a perfect evening barbecue. **Other Amenities:** A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. House Rules We are a pet-friendly property and welcome your furry family members. To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, please note that the small loft area is not accessible to guests. Important Information To ensure you have the best possible stay, please be aware that The Cozy Casita is part of a tiny home community. While your home is private, the backyard, fire pit, dog park, and other outdoor amenities are shared with other guests. This creates a friendly, communal atmosphere in a beautiful, spacious setting.
