Turn off the fans, AC, and lights when not in use. 2. Keep the house clean and leave as you found it. 3. Do not damage the property. Extra charges will be levied if property damaged. 4. Additional charges for extra bed, pets, home cooked breakfast, and laundry. 5 Please maintain quiet time after 10.00 PM 6. Please be home by 10.00 PM as gates are closed after that. 7. Guests are requested not to litter and use dustbins instead. 8. Please throw the used sanitary pads in the dustbin covered in a plastic or paper.
