The space Willow Lodge offers warm, homely comfort with plenty of space for families, friends and pets to relax and enjoy time together. With 5 well-appointed bedrooms across two floors, the house sleeps a variety of group types with ease. Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements Bedroom 1: King-size bed with en-suite Bedroom 2: Superking + single with en-suite (can be set as 3 singles on request) Bedroom 3: Single bed (accessed through Bedroom 2) Bedroom 4: Twin singles (Superking available on request) Bedroom 5: Ground-floor double (ideal for grandparents or anyone avoiding stairs) A travel cot and low level Z bed is available for little ones, with flexibility to accommodate extended families and groups. There are retractable child gates top and bottom of the stairs for your safety. On the landing, an additional family bathroom serves the first floor, with a separate WC downstairs for convenience. Living & Relaxing Spaces The living room is warm, cozy and sociable with a 55" flat screen TV, HD Netflix, and superfast fibre broadband serving the property — perfect for movie nights, remote working, or keeping everyone entertained. A selection of games and books brings joy when the “liquid sunshine” pours. A separate dining room comfortably seats all guests, making celebrations, birthdays, Sunday lunches and holiday meals feel extra special. A high chair is available for our younger guests. Kitchen & Home Comforts The well-equipped kitchen with additional breakfast bar includes everything needed for cooking and hosting: electric oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and a coffee pod machine — plus all the thoughtful extras that make self-catering feel effortless. Pet-Friendly Stays Pets are huge part of our family, so Willow Lodge warmly welcomes up to 3 well-behaved dogs. Bed, bowls, and other helpful extras are provided. The secure layout inside and out, help pets settle comfortably (ground-floor only, please) If you have special requirements, please just ask. Utility & Practicalities A separate utility area houses a large washing machine, ironing facilities and recycling options — handy for longer stays and outdoor adventures. Outdoor Living & Garden To the rear, a large fenced and lawned garden provides a secure space for children and pets. A selection of garden games are available. A charcoal BBQ is available year-round for alfresco dining, and the front fire pit with south-facing seating is perfect for glowing evenings under the stars (starter pack included). For outdoor enthusiasts, a lockable shed and optional dry, lockable garage provide storage for bikes, watersports equipment and other larger gear is available on request. Parking Through your exclusive entrance gates there is secure, ample parking for multiple cars, vans or even lorries on your private driveway — ideal for large family groups, work trips, friend reconnections and adventure weekends. Guest access Guests have access to the whole private property, secure gardens and ample driveway for multiple vehicles with the option to lock the main access gates.
