Charming house in the archipelago!

Relax with family or friends in our amazing Archipelago House on Yxlan The house was built in 1912 and really exudes a turn-of-the-century calm. Spacious areas with all the amenities you need. You can spend the evenings on a large patio, or in one of the house's two glass verandas. Large nature plot, with both trampoline and boules court. Within a few minutes by car, you can reach the island's service point with a country store/barbecue and bar, as well as various swimming areas with a sandy beach. Welcome to Skärgårdens Pärla! The space The house is renovated in a contemporary style with turn-of-the-century style and calm material choices. Large living areas with dining table, sofa and fireplace. The bedrooms have two single beds, a double bed and a pull-out bed on the lower floor. A proper kitchen with fridge/freezer and stove where you can cook all meals together. Two amazing glass verandas to relax in the evenings. Guest access Access to the entire place during the stay Other things to note The outhouse really creates the rural charm here at Yxlan. The water in the tap is not drinkable, but we will put a 20-liter jug of drinking water there before your stay. It is excellent for showering in the shower house, as well as washing dishes and cooking potatoes etc. with tap water
