While surfing is permitted, swimming is prohibited. The closest swimmable beach is Ocean Beach City Beach- 1.2 mil Central A/C is on 2nd floor only; central heat is on both floors. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use. This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices. We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets. You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families. Max adults is 8 if it is an all adults group.
