Additionally, there is an internal terrace for guests' exclusive use, furnished with outdoor furniture and plants that offer shade and refreshment on hot summer days. This includes registration of the documents required for issuing the invoice. These documents are used exclusively to fulfill tax and public safety obligations, as required by Italian law. A 4.0% tourist tax per person, per night, is payable upon check-in, for a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 7 nights. A security deposit is also required to cover any damage to the apartment. -
