The space Unique custom home built in 1987 has an enchanting character to it, a mid-century modern meets craftsman feel. Close to movies, fast food, fine dining, and shopping centers, and only minutes from Intel. Stary evenings on the patio with beautiful views and local species add to the magic and charm of the New Mexico vibe. The home has an open airy feel with expansive clerestory window wall in living areas. The bedroom is light and spacious with a queen size bed, linens, two pillows, bedside stand, desk, small refrig and microwave for personal food items and cooking. There is access to laundry at no additional charge, and a beautifully appointed shared bathroom with walk-in shower, towels supplied. Off-street parking available. Guest access Guests will be sharing the gathering room, sitting room, kitchen space (Keurig and K-Cups available), back yard, and shared bathroom. The laundry is located in the garage and will be available. Some fitness equipment is available, but an additional waver will need to be signed before use of the items available.
