Just a short drive to the charming village of Trumansburg (approximately 5 minutes), the vibrant city of Ithaca (about 15 minutes), and the scenic town of Watkins Glen (roughly 20 minutes), offering the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and nearby attractions.​ The space This apartment is located on the first floor (ground-level) of a split-level home and offers a newly renovated, spacious, simple, and clean space. Originally fully-renovated two years ago, it also received fresh updates this past winter to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay. Natural elements and textures throughout the home, including cotton woven rugs, real wood, stone, and glass, create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The painted and sealed concrete flooring contributes to a clean, allergen-friendly environment. We use powerful cleaning agents to ensure a thorough clean but prioritize low-chemical and fragrance-free options whenever possible, including in our laundry products. If you have any allergies or special requests, please let us know — we’re happy to accommodate. The kitchen is bright, beautiful, and fully equipped for preparing anything from small bites to full meals. It features a full-sized stove and refrigerator, coffee pot, coffee grinder, milk frother, French press, blender, and toaster. You'll also find copper and ceramic cookware, a wide selection of dishes, drinkware, wine glasses, snifter glasses, a cocktail shaker set, and baking essentials — everything you need to feel right at home. Each room in the home is spacious, with its own unique style and character, complemented by beautiful natural lighting in most spaces. (Please note, one room and the bathroom receive less natural light.) To ensure a restful night’s sleep, both bedrooms are equipped with 100% black-out curtains. Bring your streaming logins to access your favorite TV apps on the 43” screen with 4K Ultra HD and High Dynamic Range. The bedrooms feature queen-sized mattresses that are breathable and designed to relieve pressure points for a restful night’s sleep. The spacious yard offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy stunning sunrises and breathtaking sunsets. The property includes a large, spacious driveway with plenty of room for parking and easy access. Guest access Guests have full use of the yard, driveway, fire pit area, and beautiful outdoor spaces perfect for enjoying the sunrise and sunset. The only shared space is the foyer, which serves as the entryway to the private apartment. Once inside, you’ll enjoy a fully private space with stunning sunset views from the windows. Please note, while the fireplace adds charm and character to the apartment, it is not currently functional. Other things to note We’re thrilled to share that we live on-site, which allows us to be easily accessible should you need anything during your stay. We’re also in the final stages of completing some exciting exterior updates to the property. These renovations are purely aesthetic and are thoughtfully scheduled to ensure they won’t impact the comfort or enjoyment of your visit.
