The space This apartment has 1 bedroom with a full bathroom. It is one of the 4 condos within the complex of this size. In the apartment you will find a double bed and a double sofa bed. Dining room. Equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and also parking space in the covered garage. Guest access Our development has a shared pool for the 6 apartments. Each has its own parking area and we have barbecues at your disposal so you can use them in the patio around the pool. Other things to note San Carlos is located in the Sonoran Desert with water supply problems and 100% dependence on the energy supply (CFE) and the pumping system. Our property has sufficient water reserves for the number of guests established as maximum capacity and the good functioning of the pool. Therefore, it is extremely important to use and responsible for it at all times.
