The clogged drain or toilet bowl is very hard to fix and the plumber would ask you from €200-€250 for the job. The tap water is not drinkable, you can only use it for washing, shower, washing vegetables and cooking. It is strongly recommended to drink only bottled/mineral water. The boiler for the hot water (which is used for both bathrooms) uses electricity so in order to have hot water you have to switch it on from the electric board (located near the fridge with the mark ΗΘ) for maximum 30 mins. All the windows and the doors of the house are equipped with mosquito blind nets so always keep them closed and try to keep close the doors of the bedroom so that you don't have any problems.
