In the heart of a hamlet with Cevennes character, a very beautiful stone house combining authenticity, modernity and comfort, with some touches of African-inspired decoration. A private pool and 2 beautiful terraces with views of nature ensure relaxation and disconnection. You will spend pleasant moments in the living room around the pellet stove. Hiking and river departures nearby, we make it a point of honor to welcome eco-responsible guests. The space Entry is via a southwest-facing terrace covered by a beautiful Virginia creeper, which leads to the living room, with a dining area and a lounge equipped with a pellet stove. The fully equipped kitchen has been cleverly fitted out in a small room on the left, followed by a laundry area. A door in the living room leads to the 2nd terrace facing southeast, which is very pleasant in the morning. The ground floor is completed by a double bedroom with a 140-cm bed, which also opens onto the terrace, a library, and a shower room with a toilet. Upstairs on the right, there is a double bedroom with a 140-cm bed and a small adjoining bedroom with 2 90-cm bunk beds. On the left, a hallway leads to a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a second double bedroom with a 160-cm bed. Therefore, we can exceptionally accommodate up to 8 guests, provided there are at least 2 children among them, as the bunk beds are not intended for adults. The pool was built below the terraces to perfectly fit the slope of our property, which descends to the river via a steep access point. You will find on site: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, as well as a kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a filter coffee maker. Guest access During your stay the house and the pool will be for your exclusive use. The pool is fully secured by fence walls and an entrance gate. Parking is organized, each resident of the hamlet has their own location. You will have the opportunity to park 2 vehicles one behind the other in a specific place, to be scrupulously respected. It is 50 meters from the entrance. Other things to note Rental management is provided by the Aigoual concierge. The house is surrounded by year-round residents of La Label, so it's not a place that specializes in welcoming vacationers, and even less a place for parties. Basic rules of courtesy must be observed. We sincerely hope that guests staying with us will have a respectful attitude toward the surrounding nature (obviously, do not throw anything away!), sort their waste (specific containers are available nearby), and be mindful of their water consumption. The property is available for rental all year round. If the wood-burning stove needs to be used, pellet bags will be provided at the price offered by our local dealer on the date of booking. The bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. However, we can make bed linen available to you for rent at a rate of €12 per person.
