Tranquil farmhouse with sea view, dog friendly

Relax in this light, spacious french-style farmhouse with its generous kitchen, luxury bathroom, outdoor bath for stargazing & swimming pool for hot days. The large deck is a perfect spot to enjoy the views out to sea & natural surroundings, with an amazing variety of birds, along with the goats, geese, peacocks & alpacas that roam the farm. We're only 10 mins from Bawley's pristine beaches & we provide transport at a competitive fare to & from nearby walking trails, wedding venues & wineries. The space The farmhouse has a large, well-equipped kitchen, a wood burning stove and fast internet. The bathroom is new and spacious with a rain showerhead and lots of instant hot water, and washing machine and dryer. If you need to charge your car, just ask us - there is a flat fee of $10 for charging. There is a generous and properly fenced-in garden area just off the deck that is perfect for dogs off the leash, who are very welcome (inside and out). Please keep them on the lead elsewhere on the farm and make sure you can control them; dogs with a history of violence to other animals are not suitable. We are only 10 minutes from the beaches, but we also now have a swimming pool you can enjoy, which is heaven on a hot day. The farmhouse sleeps 4 with a king size in one room and a second bedroom that can be configured with 1 king bed or 2 singles as preferred. If you are a larger group, we also have a lovely cottage on the property, for a couple. This is also pet-friendly and has a large, fenced garden suitable for dogs. As well as our peacocks, the wild birdlife is wonderful, with everything from Australian King Parrots to wrens and finches. We are in the Termeil Forest on NSW South Coast close to several vineyards, like Bawley Vale and Cupitts Winery, plus there are plenty of great walking tracks as well as beaches to enjoy. We have an orchard of citrus fruit - limes, oranges, grapefruit, lemons - which you are welcome to pick a few (usually June-Sept) but please leave enough for others 🙂 There is an ‘information for guests’ folder where you can find everything you need to know about the farmhouse and with more information about the surrounding area.
