Welcome to our family home, dating back to the 19th century and renovated in 2023. It is located in the center of Thann, southern gateway to the Alsace Wine Route, and in the heart of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park, an ideal location for discovering our beautiful region. Leave your car and walk to discover the city with its famous vineyard, the collegiate church or in winter its Christmas market. The space The house, with an area of 110 m², has a large living room with open kitchen, fully equipped (oven, induction stove, kettle, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine) with direct access to a large terrace and a fenced courtyard. One bedroom and one shower room are located on the ground floor Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm, possibility to put them together - a large bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer - an open space with a desk, a relaxation area with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional people. Crib can be made available. High chair and changing table available Premium services: Quality bedding. Upon arrival, the beds are made and towels are at your disposal. Easy train access with the train station 500 m away. Regular Thann-Mulhouse tram-train. Basel-Mulhouse Airport is a 30-minute drive away. Colmar is 40 minutes away. Strasbourg is 1 hr 20 min by car. Europa Park is a 1-hour drive away. In winter enjoy the ski slopes and in summer mountain hikes, easily accessible (free shuttle in summer and winter).
