Two beautiful rooms and terrace on the Véloscénie

Enjoy a relaxing stay for the whole family 1 hour from Paris Montparnasse. On the agenda: bike rides (I lend them) or walks, visit to the castle of Madame de Maintenon (20 min by bike), fishing, visit to the medieval garden of Bois Richeux, Chartres Cathedral (20 min by bike + 20 min by train). The space In 2010, I built this space as an extension of a typical 1960s pavilion. The idea was to provide a bi-generational habitat. The space provided was that of my 2 children before they flew the nest. You will have independent access, a shower room between the two beautiful bedrooms, a toilet, a breakfast area, direct access to the terrace for one of the bedrooms, access to the laundry room with fridge, washing machine, etc. Guest access You will also have access to the laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, ironing equipment and a refrigerator. Outside, the 30 m² terrace is accessible directly from one of the bedrooms, an 8-seater table and a covered barbecue are available. Younger guests will enjoy the slide or sandbox. The inflatable SPA is being installed. It is temporarily on the terrace. Other things to note My listing is not accessible♿️. However, a guest who uses a walker finds it well suited to her needs. The entire travel chain is barrier-free.
