About 1 hour from Quebec City. This beautiful old house offers you an experience in the heart of nature in a country setting with all the modern comforts you're looking for. Its original and warm decor takes you to a vacation atmosphere. The Villa has 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people. The space The panorama of the region amazes with its mountains, fields, and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. In summer and winter, a variety of outdoor activities for couples, family or friends await you. You can go hiking, mountain biking, golfing, kayaking and paddle boarding, fishing, downhill skiing and cross-country skiing, mountain biking, snowmobiling, visit the zoo or the beach. And all this is just minutes from the Villa. But it's not always necessary to leave the site to get away. Relax and listen to the sounds of nature in the garden surrounded by hundreds of multicolored flowers. Take a break by the fireplace or enjoy the inviting terrace with its magnificent forest view. Inside, the Villa has three bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. There is also a very well-equipped kitchen, dining area, large dining room, bright living room, two bathrooms, and a wood-burning fireplace. For indoor entertainment, there is TV with Netflix, sound system, high-speed Wi-Fi, a hanging hammock, foosball table, board games, a collection of CDs and books to discover, as well as a nice reading corner with a rocking chair. Come to the Red Roof Villa, the authentic vacation spot to create memorable moments. This is the place to relax and recharge. You won't want to leave! Bathroom essentials Towels (small and large), washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, face mirror, laundry soap, toilet paper, and tissues. Bedroom essentials All sheets are included. There are plenty of pillows, sheets, duvets as well as pillow and mattress protectors. Extra blankets, pillows and bedspreads can be found in the closets. Cooking basics Fridge, stove, Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother, coffee maker (filter), strainer, kettle, toaster, microwave, fondue set, electric grill, blender/extractor, electric blenders. Plates and bowls (including bamboo set for outdoors or children), utensils, knives, glasses, cups, wine glasses, pots, pans, cookie and muffin trays, cooking utensils, cake pans, hand mixer, dishwashing soap, dish towels and much more. Laundry room essentials There is a washer and dryer at your disposal with washing products. An iron and ironing board. Coffee, tea, oil and spices For your stay you will have filter coffee (with filters), 8 Nespresso pods, tea, salt, pepper and sugar as well as lots of spices, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Children A high chair, a foldable baby playpen (bed), placemats, bamboo glasses, bowls and plates. Some storybooks and toys, board games, colored pencils. Each bed is equipped with a waterproof mattress protector. Parking and snow removal You can park up to 4 cars in the driveway. When snow removal, the snow from the parking lot will be removed behind the cars. Two shovels will be available at the chalet. Pets Pets are allowed with an applicable fee of $60 + tax per stay per pet. You must notify us at the time of booking or before your arrival. Maximum number of pets accepted – 2. - Animals must have their claws trimmed. - Excrement must be collected at all times and from all locations (indoor-outdoor) - Pets may not be left unattended inside the cottage - Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas. Responsibilities: Any pet in the cottage will be under the responsibility of the tenant. Damage caused by a pet inside or outside the cottages will be charged to you. Air-Conditioning The Villa does not have central air conditioning. However, for the summer period there are two small portable air conditioners/fans as well as 2 standing fans that are usually installed on the first floor in the dormitory. In the living room, there is a ceiling fan. Guest access You have access to the whole house, the terrace, as well as the large yard (with the exception of the basement, the large closet in the dining room, and the shed which are used as service and storage rooms). Other things to note *Important* • Please note that for the safety of our guests and our chalet, we have a camera located outside the building at the front. • The forest around the Villa is not part of our property. Its boundaries are clearly visible, and it's important to respect them. • There are no visible neighbors, but they are there. :) Most of our neighbors live here full-time. Please minimize noise between 11pm and 8am to ensure everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. • There is a landline on site in case of power outages, as the cellular network does not always work very well as we are located in the middle of the forest. • Although the Villa has many amenities, it remains a cottage located in the heart of nature. It is therefore normal that you occasionally come across insects such as flies, mosquitoes and ladybugs as well as small wild animals.
