The space This apartment is very comfortable and new, being suitable for a maximum of 2 guests with: * A double bed of 1.40 x 2.00 * Kitchen equipped with: toaster, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, induction cooktop, electric kettle to heat water and microwave * Washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board * Dining area: in the kitchen/living room * Free and fast wireless internet (100 Mbps fiber optic) * LCD TV with national and international cable channels * Bathroom with a good shower * Hair dryer * “Amenities” * Sheets and towels * Air conditioning throughout the apartment (for summer and winter) * Windows/balcony overlooking the street and lots of natural light Here you will have all the comfort for a great stay. Other things to note - Cleaning service: included at your arrival. Extra cleaning possible on request (25€). - Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost. - Longer stays have a discount. - Reservations longer than 7 nights have an extra kit of towels (bath+hands) per person. It's possible to have extra kits for shorter reservations at an additional fee. - Laundry service available on request. - We have a cot for your beloved baby (until 3 years) for 7€/night. It includes the sheets, bath towel and a high chair. - For reservations over 28 nights, there is a utilities limit (water and electricity) of up to €100.00. - Regarding the check-in process, we must ask all our guests to fill in a registration form with guest’s information as our apartment is legalised in the Tourism of Portugal. This information will be accessible to Immigration and Border Services. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation. - Plug and electric information: Plugs: C,F Voltage: 230 V No adapter plug/ conversion accessory for outlet will be provided by default. We advise to bring your own if personal devices are not compatible. If requested in advance, we can provide it depending on the availability. - At check-out the apartment should be left at proper cleaning conditions.
