Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful countertops, a full-size refrigerator, and ample cabinet space. Whether you’re preparing a family meal or grabbing a quick snack before heading out, you’ll have everything you need. Property Location: Our condo is situated on the Golden Mile, providing quick and easy access to all the area has to offer. 10 min from Broad-walk, 10min to Broadway at the beach. This ocean view Condo is a family-friendly sanctuary with quick access to the beach. You can enjoy relaxing ocean side with your toes in the sand while your little ones build castles. The condominium amenities include outdoor pool (only our building), washer and dryer ($)3rd/7th floor and ice machines 10th floor. Upon request we have High chair, pack n play available to help make your travel experience better. 2 Beach chairs and umbrella available ($50 for stay) let us know at time of booking to ensure this can be brought to you timely. Trip insurance is highly recommended. Guest access Daily housekeeping is not included. You will have access to the whole condo. Other things to note: Check in 3:00pm. Check out 11:00am We do not provide spices, due to safety concerns. *Only 2 vehicle tags are allowed and must be displayed in the vehicle at all times. If not, the vehicle may be towed at the owner of the vehicle's expense* Other things to note Message us about early/late check in/out options. SMOKE FREE No grills! No cooking on balcony No flammable items down the trash chute **Cooking spices are not provided due to safety precautions *No dishwasher *We will provide towels for first couple of days, washer and dryer located in the condominium, wash liquid under sink. Please return parking pass to condo upon check out ($25 fee for not returned pass) Parking is located front, side and back (2 passes) Washer and dryer located 3rd and 7th floor ($3.00 wash and $3.00 dry) No pets allowed per HOA rules and Regs Ice machine 10floor * The HOA requires the booking age to be 25*
