In bedroom there is comfortable queen size bed and bathroom which is equipped with all necessary elements, shower, towels, hair dryer, washing machine etc. You can enjoy sunrises, drinking your coffee or sunsets with favorite glass of wine sitting on private terrace with view over city park and bay. Private parking is available and it is included in the price. Apartment is suitable for 2 to 3 persons. Guest can use whole one bedroom apartment with all amenities and private parking . Property is located at very quiet place with private garden. It is within 5 minutes of walking distance from Porto Montenegro, big city park and city center. City beaches, Ponta and Waikiki beach are 10 minutes of walk from my property. Local fresh market and supermarket where you can get everything that you need is also 5 minutes away. If you wish to explore and visit other parts of the Boka Kotorska bay Tivat is perfectly positioned and well connected with bus lines in case you do not have a car. Tivat is only 12km away from Kotor, and 20Km from Herceg Novi. If you are looking to party, city Budva with one of world most famous open roof clubs "Top Hill" is only 24km away. In case you do not have a car local bus stop is within city center next to the post office from where you can move in all directions. At your request we can arrange a transfer from or to airport or help you finding rent-a-car. Apartment is located on the 1st floor. Please note: City taxes are not included in price.
