Guest access Your access to the unit is conveniently through the side door located on the right-hand side of the garage. This direct entry brings you into a welcoming space that includes the laundry room, exclusively available for guests staying in Unit 100 and Unit 200. Each unit maintains its own private entrance, ensuring your privacy and ease of entry. We've designed this setup with your comfort and convenience in mind, allowing you to seamlessly settle into your chosen unit while enjoying access to the shared amenities. Other things to note Blink is a security camera that monitors the entrances to the property & parking area to ensure the safety of our guests and their vehicles. Please be respectful of the neighbors, quite hours are between 10:00pm-7:00am. If you would like to listen to music after hours, please ensure that you keep it to a minimum and close all the windows to avoid complaints from the neighbors. Should the guest be found violating this rule, By-law officers will be called, and you will be forced to vacate the property without any refund. Event/parties are NOT allowed at this property.
